Nutrients about the same as yesterday, gave back a bit of protein for carbs but not many. Hit the salads at lunch & dinner so that means veggies which up the carbo numbers.
Dinner also included a homemade Mac n Cheese recipe which is not the healthiest. Made it for our daughter who is home from college. Just a small bit of that for me, the rest of my plate was lettuce green w/ pepperocinos.
As it was back to work today I took the stairs versus the elevator, the stair master entry accounts for the times I went up the four flights to my floor. Otherwise, I whiffed on the exercise; just mentally drained after work, blah blah blah… I’ll get my exercise going here folks, trust me.
