My nutrient percentages were much better today. Want a higher protein and lower fat number, and I’ll get it there. The carb number being at 20% is right where I want it.

No exercise today, last day off work for the holidays do it was a family day more than a me day.

Sounds like a good day even without the exercise. In the perfect world we could get exericse every day…..but this is your lives. 🙂

  2. Perfection is ending the day proud of what you have accomplished, today I am proud 🙂

Looks like a good food day Patrick. The steak salad looked mighty yummy. My doctor asked me to increase my blood pressure medication last week. I know take three medications/four pills for it. I hope to reduce all of my prescription medications by 50% by the end of 2012. We can do this!

  4. Amen, here is to getting off the BP pills this year!

  5. I can see I missed everything. I will come back & read tomorrow – SORRY!!!!
