This was probably my best day of diet and exercise combo since the new year.

Slowly getting into a groove, slowly recalling the tricks and tips that served me well over a year ago. Hoping it all translates into some breathing room in my trousers shortly; they are not comfortable and I will not buy any bigger sizes.

Hope your day was a great one also, if not; revisit and redress (think) todays actions as you pursue tomorrow’s opportunities.
