    Hi Patrick, I’m not a nutritionist but I looked at your food log for the past few days and noticed that your calories for breakfast are pretty low. Wondering if there is a reason for eating that way or if you’ve thought about adjusting that at all.

  4. I have never been a breakfast eater, so that us largely why you see what you see; thanks for the look and thoughts. I do need to get a few of those later calories shifted to the morning
