The sore throat is feeling much better tonight. As the day went on it eased up on me. When I got home for dinner my appetite came home to me too. A good sign.

Now for a good night sleep and then back to the exercise tomorrow and we get the pace kicked up again!

    I haven’t had Butternut Squash all that often, but it sure sounds good right about now.
