Too nice of a day to not go outside for lunch and get in a walk

  1. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! You go Patrick!!! BTW, pinned your morn pic to my Pinterest page & people liked & repinned!!!

  2. Pintrest, I am clueless as to wha this new ‘thing’ everyone is mentioning is… guess I better get around to checking it out.

  3. Karen Ogle says:

Good for you, Patrick. It has been storming me so that was a good excuse for me not to go walking. However it doesn’t excuse me not getting on the treadmill in the den. Maybe I will get in there tonight.

  4. Amanda says:

Great way to spend the lunch hour!

  5. teresa says:

that’s what I’m doing right now!! Not a walk exactly, but hauling out the Christmas decorations and enjoying the unseasonably beautiful day. It makes such a huge difference.i was just thinking of how often I dont’ get any fresh air at all. Or direct sunlight.
Is that really your walk area? So nice!
BTW, I just read a few of your older posts and you crack me up. I love the way you see things. You gave me a lift today.

  6. Treadmill treadmill treadmill

  7. Indeed it was a good time

  8. That walk path is around a lake which is 2 miles away from the office, quick drive and I was walking!

  9. Carrie says:

Yay for getting in exercise! I bet it was a good way to break up the work day.

  10. Yes that was definitely an added benefit, just doing something different was as refreshing as the walk itself

  11. Chrystal says:

Way to go. It looks beautiful. I was late for work so I didn’t get my walk in today. Have a great day!

  12. It was gorgeous yesterday, today a white blanket of snow covers it all
